LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA




The Mission Trail Apartments is a new 81 unit affordable workforce housing community in the City of Lake Elsinore. The 5-acre community will comprise four-buildings and have 21 two-bedroom units and 60 three-bedroom units. The project will begin construction in the Summer of 2018.



Amenities include:

  • Affordable rents for families earning 50% to 60% of Area Median Income
  • 2,500 sf. Community meeting room and social service center
  • Onsite covered parking
  • Onsite laundry facilities
  • Active open space and tot lot for children
  • Outdoor plaza with BBQ pavilion



    • A circular entry plaza will welcome families home and allow convenient access for both residents and emergency services. Active open space for children are provided directly adjacent to the community center with passive open space provided throughout the site. The contemporary Mission Revival style buildings featuring wooden window boxes create a fresh look for the surrounding community with a familiar architectural detail. The focus on high quality design gives residents and neighbors a community they can be proud of.
