The property encompasses an onsite management office, gated pedestrian access, laundry facility, sports court, barbecue pavilion, and tot lot.
For optimum sustainability, Pacific Court features a photovoltaic power system as well as interior amenities in each apartment that include “low-E” windows, water saving plumbing fixtures, formaldehyde-free insulation, low VOC cabinets, countertops, and carpeting, and humidistat sensors. Project funding consists of federal low income housing tax credits through the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, tax exempt bond financing, and financing from the City of Huntington Beach.
