PACIFIC WIND APARTMENTS is being developed by C&C Development and Innovative Housing Opportunities and is located in Carlsbad’s Historic Barrio community adjacent to the 5 Freeway and close to high performing schools, a revitalized park, and active senior/community center. Architectural detailing, site layout, amenities, and social service offerings reflect the input of this tight-knit beach community. Phase I consolidated ownership of 25 of 26 duplexes flanking Harding and Carol streets, unifying landscapes and providing strong management oversight of the existing properties. Phase II will leave three original duplexes in place and create 87 beautiful new garden style apartments for a vibrant mix of residents that will include families, veterans and other special needs households.
